Kerredine Yelnik
From the beginning of his carrier in Chile with French auto maker Peugeot, to the world's third largest shipping line CMA CGM in France, China and Japan, to becoming a commercial airplane pilot and founding HSE Projects in Miami, Kerredine's background has been shaped by multidimensional international challenges and reinventions Familiar with the dynamics and constraints of large scale organization as well as small local businesses he has acquired an unparalleled vision and expertise. Trained to blend in and lead teams in foreign environment, assimilate different cultures and learn their language to generate a momentum of success, his perspective is unique and performance oriented. These qualities have shaped HSE into a unique project management firm.

Philippe Rochet
For the past 15 years Philippe has served as Group Executive Finance and CEO of family owned businesses of international stature. He raised billions of dollar of funding to cope with high growth developments. He has extensive knowledge of how to develop companies from scratch to stock listed entities, with an entrepreneurial mindset, a pragmatic down to earth and lean approach. After few years in PwC, Philippe joined CMA CGM for which he has led several position including the head of financing for the Group. Since 2010, he has been then working as Executive Vice President , Finance and Development at Jaccar Holdings and CEO of Greenship Holdings. Alongside the owner of Bourbon, the world largest offshore supply company, owning a fleet of over 500 vessels, he designed and led growing strategies for capital intensive operations in extremely agressive environment.
